I forgot to mention that adjustments can be made by heating and rapid cooling using oxy ace flame. Used it on two high spots and it works.
When I get new refills I'll practice this technique on scraps to get a better hang of it.

I had anticipated this already when I did the dry fits ... I need to shim one caster as a result of warping .
Since the bolts are under ... the flex head ratchet is my tool of choice ....

The convenience of a movable welding table.
Today I did a lot of grinding, evaluating abrasive discs. I can pull the table to the open air part of the garage. Grinding dust is not so much a problem for me now.

OT sandale, Jay I'm using now the grinding discs you gave me and results were very positive, cuts fast and grinds metal easily plus matagal maubos, The 14" cut off saw consummables, have not tried it yet but probably soon, one of this days. :cheerleader3: 😀

This generic thin slicer disc looks to be a cut above the Dewalt I tried before.
These are comparable to the German made PFX cutting discs I use now ( manufactured by Random House Inc. )

the pictures say a lot Jay, unfortunately I cannot understand (are the discs wearing fast?, We don't know how pfx perform so I can't relate, nor do I use dewaly discs)... hope you can explain a bit further what the pictures say...

I already wished I had the full size ( 4' x 8' ) 1/2" plate welding table ..... someday.
double cut ... saves time and makes sure the stocks are of the same lenght
my first rule when building shop tables .... these should all have the same height

I'm going to make a filing folder wall shelf.
One of the secret for good miter cuts. Clamp the workpiece well so it does not move a bit at all.
