try in cartimar buendia... all most of welding rod they havt.

if your referring to mapp gas torch brazing like what they use on automotive aircon tubing, most air conditioning supplies have those filler rods.
if your referring to aluminum welding rod using a dc arc/stick welder, so far ive only seen it being sold by nihon weld philippines, and they sell them per kilo, which is like 3k something. pretty expensive if you ask me.
