can anyone tell me where to avail the cheapest pipe threader?
i'm planning to use it for plastic pipes only, that's why i won't need those expensive and heavy duty types.

What is your budget? What's the size of the pipe?
A quick search at sulit gives a John Benzen threader (1/2", 3/4", 1") for PHP1,700.

If you are near some DIY shops, you can check their pipe threader stocks there, or if you are near Sta Lucia Grand East Mall, check out Hardware Exchange, they have some cheap pipe threader sets there. 😉
