Yung nozzle hindi threaded isasalpak lang tapos parang may grip un. Hindi ako sure kung may liner or mag fit sa Lincoln pero sa tingin ko lang meron. Kasi nung bumili ko hindi naman tinatanong kung ano ung brand 🙂

Ok after the dry run totohanan na testing naman kahit bumabagyo welding pa rin! Using 0.8mm mig wire on a 1.5mm square tubing... Voltage set to 17V (knob #1), wire speed set to 5.5mpm (knob 3), gas flow set to 15 liters per minute.

Weld penetration is good, the hole there can easily be covered. Mig puddle is good and stable.
Quite happy with the result. After this testing I said to myself "tama na testing totoong project na!".
So I started my first mig project... A steel storage rack...

Amazing how effective the nihonweld anti-spatter is. This is a MUST have, do not start mig welding without it.

Maybe you should continue practicing with Mig applications, testing different settings and finding that sweet frying bacon sound.
Also try shortening your wire stick out to 1" or 3/4". 🙂
