Im not familiar bout plasma cutter. Naki a ko sa olx yung mitsuden 40amps. Ok kaya y tng gamitin? For 6mm angle bar, flat bar, or ms plate. Usually up to 15 mm deformed bar pag gagamitan. Pero most of the time 1/8 to 3 /16 lng na angle bar. I use to use d old school 350 amps assembled ac welding machine, reactor type machine. Napansin ko lang while cutting, nagbabaga ang electrodes. Kulang na lng na matunaw. So insteat na ac arc ang gamitin. Cguro much better yung plasma cutter. Much reliable pero medyo mahal mag maintain.

I don't like using a welder as a cutting tool, laging pangit ang mga edges( gilid ) plus madumi pa.
I usually use an angle grinder fitted with a cutting disc to cut my metal stocks. Saving up also for
a plasma cutter sooner or later in the future.

If you will just be cutting thin walled metals, 1/16" up to perhaps 1/4" thick, a 40 amp plasma
will do just fine but if its gonna be thicker up to 3/4" or 1", then a 60 amp plasma will do all. Medyo mahal nga lang ang mga plasma cutters
now but I think it will be great having one in one's shop. Provided you also have a 2 or 3 HP compressor.

i use a cutmaster 101 from thermal arc rated to 1 inch plate. cuts really fast and quality depends on the operator. consumables the same wih millers since they use the same 1torch. i use it for s.s and aluminum plates since plasma is the cheapest way to cut these metals..

kung wala kang balak mag 12mm up 40 amps will do, consider mo nalang yung source mo ng consumable, I end up selling my lincoln tomahawk 625 dahil sa hirap ng consumables kahit sa US walang after market parts.

Quality ng cut depende yan sa travel speed, amp setting at consumables (clean dry air)

We know plasma cutter is expensive BUT it is one the best metal cutter. This is one of the most convenient metal cutter and you may create a metal design using that cutter.

you don't need a expensive plasma cutter since you only use it for mild and carbon steel...its good using cut off machine when cutting angle, flat bar, less than 3" pipe, tube...and oxy ace for steel plate 1" thick below... at kapag non ferous metal like ss alloy aluminum puputulin mo ,dyan mo na maasahan si plasma cutter....good luck!
