Plasma jig

Making a hole your needing a jig. But if happen you don't have you can make this simple by your self.

This well be my secondary chasis for ELF

wow those are clean cut! I don't know which one I would chose if I would go for plasma cutting or oxy ace?

If i were you go for plasma. It will performs smaller kerf, less heat, higher speed and etc.

Its great having both rig if you can afford them, the plasma and the oxy ace. The former is a bit expensive plus you have to have also
a 2 HP air compressor plus electricity to run both compared the other one where you simply need tanks for oxygen and acetylene
plus the cutting and heating torches and your good to go. For clean cuts, I find plasma the better and faster choice :agree: while using the
oxy ace, can also be used to cut,heat and bend metals plus even used for welding. :2thumbsup:
