You have a nice machine. The kerf is good but some cut needs some more higher air preasure. Can you try to test cutting 6mm stainless steel @ 20 cm lenght. From higher and lower speed then total time of cut each pass. Then make a photo on the dross. If you only have time.

Datasheet says it can cut only 8mm but other 40a plasma can cut 12mm. I doubt this can cut more than 8mm.

@Cracycut, Dont have stainless steel here but I will try to cut a portion on my neighbor's stainless jeep and let you know haha.
