Hi guys again..

Ano po mairerecommend nyong magandang hammer drill and 4" angle grinder? Mga 2-3k budget for each..
Preferred brands are bosch and dewalt..

Are Black and decker brand any good?

And sa mga taga baguio.. may mairerecommend ba kayung hardwares or shops for metalworking tools na pwedeng maging suki? Hehe

Re: Powertools

My B&D drill from years ago broke down quickly (broken geartooth). It seemed to be built
for light duty only. No photo: I used it on a trade-in promo for a Skil 4" mini angle grinder.

My DeWalt has been in heavy use for about 10 years now. Heavy (ab)use, still ticking,
even when those who borrow it use it with the WRONG drillbits (SDS) and thus subject
the poor thing to ridiculous, rapidly shifting, off-axis torque:

Can't go much wrong if you choose Bosch, though.
The aforementioned Skil mini angle grinder has been with me almost 7 years now, and
I've placed it on grinder-stand duty recently. Ees a breddy gud tool, considering its price.

Re: Powertools

I have a Skil hammer drill that I've been using occasionally in the past 6 years. I'm not a heavy-duty user but use my powertools for light to moderate (but infrequent) carpentry/woodworking. I'm still happy with my Skil drill and will only buy a new one when it breaks down completely (i doubt it will in the near future).

I've recently purchased a B&D 4" angle grinder, and as indicative of its "cheap" price of 1.6k, I expect it to last (for my purposes) if I use it properly and not abuse it too much.

Re: Powertools

Makita 9556NB para sa 4 inch angle grinder. Ideal for grinding. Mejo mabigat ng kaunti.maganda andar at pino. Easy start at high torque. Ideal for cutting disk at flap disk.
