Lifting heavy loads without shackles and wire ropes a bit of risky. If you remember your boy scout days can be a good idea but do it at your own risk!

Engine type 4hf1 estimated weight 200 kls chain block 3T is much better to use. I used 3 strand nylon ropes 14 mm 5 turns lock with square knot main chain block hook. For the engine i used 4 mm nylon ropes about 8 turns connected to the padeye on the engine block.
