Where can I buy tool steels (1060/1095) here in Manila/Caloocan area? The only ones i can find are 1045/4140/4340. I'll need it for carving/scribing tips and blades. Thanks!

Old files? I believe that nicholson are 1095 which is why i buy used up ones i see in raon, or japanese surplus shops because they are good steel. They're shot as files but got them simply for the tool steel.
I've just ground a small bahco triangular file last night to make a chisel.
