Sir Rosy,

Typical usage of SM10-SET Welder's Clamp (Bessey).

Clamp set at chosen angle (protractor to verify angle).
Segment A and segment B can then be welded (green strip).

Clamp set at 90 degrees using L-Square (function same as fixed 90 degree welder's clamp).
Segment A and segment B can then be welded (green strip).

Are you referring to the first image posted by Larry, the fixed 90 degree welder's clamp ?

That one would cost 3.3 K to 3.6 K locally but there is a smaller version of that, just not so sure of its actual price, I think its 2.4 K to 2.8 K, Hans Tools in has them too, I just don't know if Panda carry this type of welder's clamp.

yo sir rosy, salamat sa reply. mejo pricey din pala sya para sakin considering pasukan na naman. hehe. pangtuition muna ng anak. pero iim planning on purchasing muna yung vise grips c-clamps lalu na yung adjustable yung jaw gaya nung isang nafeature dun sa tutorial nyo sa kabilang thread on welding.

Yes bro miked, medyo pricey nga ang clamp na ito, but if you have the patience, try to Google DIY Welder's Clamps, check out the YouTube videos, I saw some before of this DIY clamps, really very interesting, if you find it, be it another project for you and by doing so you get to practice and hone your skill in stick welding. Actually its just welding several pieces of angle bars and just using your vise grips to clamp your metals to be welded. Jus use your imaginations on your DIY version.

Thanks Rosy for the great tip. Lols! Mahirap maging mahirap..haha! Hindi maka afford sa mga ganun luxury expensive tools. Kaya DIY nalang. I'll surely make one like this soon.
