Add 2K to your budget and get the Yamato DC welder.

A very big + 1 to bro joey81's reply, there are already more than 20+ PHM members who bought this brand of welder and are presently happy with it, practicing and using it. This DC iNVERTER weld machine is truly way way ahead of its AC welder cousin. I know coz I own two AC stick welders, one Yamato 300 amp, hhmmmm very bulky, very heavy and a 200 amp locally assembled weld machine, same, bulky and heavy too

Bought the YAMATO 200amp DC Inverter weld machine last MAY and have been using it almost everyday and it hasn't bogged down on me yet. We were also given 6 months to one year warranty for this machine that is why "sinusulit ko ang gamit" before I reach the 6th month and see the true worth of my unit.

brad kung ako sayo, add ka nalang ako ng 2k ( as joey81 suggested )and get the yamato DC welder...
mga expert na nag advice.
hindi ako nagkamali na maging isa sa almost 20 PHM members na bumili ng yamato DC welder.
i love woodworking, kaso dahil sa yamato DC welder nabawasan na ang time ko sa woodworking...
nadagdagan na ng metalworking.:mop:
go for it na brad, may warranty naman....

I tried calling them up yesterday and this morning to find out if its really out of stock, sorry po bro walang sumasagot sa contact no. nila, baka walang tao ngayon sa warehouse nila. But I checked their ads, eh naka announced na out of stocks nga ang YAMATO DC inverter welder. 🙁

Try ko na lang uli bukas para malaman din kung kelan magkakaroonng stocks. :p
