I really have no idea, maybe its the kind/type of wire used. Hope bro JayL can give some insights or info on this since he has been doing Mig welding for the past 2 or 3 years. 😉

See how clean the metals are. Obviously it was grinded and looks like it was chemically treated too. One reason I can think off why the beads are colored that way. It could have been the wire as well and the lighting used for the video shot.

Tumpak! 75% co2 + 25% Argon wise guess..on camera an arc with co2-argon will produce bluis-white, pure co2 would produce whitish-orange flame, pure argon whitish-green and flux cored is whitish-violet. and the wire..yes the wire is definitely not an ordinary one. Id say its an innershield double shielded wire considering the thickness and the kind of metal being welded..If i am to guess its a T series innershield double shielded wire 1mm or 1.2mm. bead is push with z motion,, nice 😀

That is true, many welding enthusiasts, pro or non pro have enjoyed Jody's welding tutorials etc and I for one would watch
his videos over and over to learn his easy to learn approach in applying decent welds.
I hope others would do the same in the forum to watch Jody's welding videos if they want to
or in some way/ some how learn the different welding processes.
