Eto na yata ang pinakamahabang continuous weld na nagawa ko mula ng matuto kong mag welding..

It is not possible without the aid of mig finger..

End capping..

Actuall ko ng inihinang sa main frame para maganda lapat sa dump box..

Sir rosy sensya na may kahalong stick welding..di ubra mig process pag mahangin..

Kaya nahirapan ako sa mga over head welding..mahirap talaga kalaban ang gravity,pag too cold ang settings ayaw dumikit..to hot naman tutuluan ka ng lusaw na bakal..

kung sa flat no problemo..hehe..

Pinalitan din lahat ng plate ng bed..kinalawang lang kasi stop and go trabaho..

Matagal na pala project na to..

Para di gumalaw horizontally ang tail gate nag fabricate ako ng washer..6mm ms plate

Additional support bracket para siguradong di malaglag ang tail gate ..

Tinakpan ko na rin ang ginawa kong frame..

Bro Bugel, anung gamit mong materiales, sa tingin ko parang dalawang C-channels na pinag saklob tapos na hinang. Ang kapal kasi ng metal walls. I was also wondering how come you did not use stick welding since makapal naman yung surface ng bakal, eh tapos na grinder mo din pala. Perhaps you could have saved more mig wires and gas for other shorter applications. Di ba mas mura ang stick rods ?
Nag tatanung lang naman bro !

But as always, still a good job from the master welder, hehehe ! :2thumbsup:

Yes sir rosy..C channel sya..if i remember it correctly 4x1-1/2 ang size sya..madalian kasi project na to eh,dahil may byahe yung client..kung di nga bumagsak yung flooring ng dump box di pa ipapa repair to..hehe..kaya mig ang ginamit ko mas mabilis sa stick..thanks sa compliment sir..

Nagtayo ng purified water business ang pinsan ko almost 50% pala ng na filter na tubig ay tapon lang..nang hihinayang sya sa waste water kaya pinagawa nya ako ng tower for the waste water para magamit nya sa restaurant nya..(pang hugas,laba etc.)

Materials:

2x2x5mm angle iron

Para mas matibay ganito ang joinery nya..

Pag scrap ang materyales kailangan mas mataas ang fee..

Yung iba kakahuyin ko pa..lol!

I beveled the edges..

Tag hirap ako sa mig wire nang ginagawa ko to kaya stick ang ginamit ko..besides nothing beats stick when it comes to outdoor welding..
