Clamp fitting, I found this clamp eating dust.

Problem encountered and I learned a lesson.

Dry fitting

to fix the issue, I cut it into to two, re-weld it lay down flat on the welding table.

additional purpose of this is a cart of my extension cord, I can maximize the lower part of the support/stand at the same time the extension cord will be a weights.

Now. Painting..

Paint preps.. a little etching for improve adhesion of paint for new GI materials.

Now prime it with Boysen waterbased primer. "Primeguard"

bro av ano mas matibay ung primeguard o ung primer with catalyst? At ano mas mabilis matuyo?

mas matibay yung with catalyst epoxy primer kasi yun. ang gusto ko lang sa primeguard hours lang tuyo na sa epoxy primer kasi 2 weeks "daw" ang curing time and sa primeguard since waterbased siya matipid sa brush madaling maglinis and also sa spray gun tubig lang talo talo na. kung hindi mo naman kelangan ng super tibay ng coating at mabilisan lang ok na primeguard compare mo naman sa red oxide
