We have half centutry bed frame that need to be repair. Everytime I heard the squeeks I always think to fix this by myself buy the tools that I need eg welding machine and cutting machine I almost think enrolled to Tesda for a welding class by that time. but now Its more than that that I got and its now happen. Thanks God.

The Problem, using a 1/2 plywood the rubber foot is missing and its now NOT level. Put a wood. not able to cut the wood into small pieces I don't have a saw on the time. Now I got that full range of woodshop saw from handsaw to a full 4HP cabinet saw!

Sketching the design for cut lists and some precisions.

This is the foam where hold, I will cut the old legs and replace with the new adjustable one.

This is the legs that I need to replace.

It's cutting time

Layout the materials

Welding time, the most loved part.

Time to use the hoppers.

Dry fitting.

That's a cool restoration project bro. I like what you've done with the feet!
