Re: MIG Cart

For safety and all I still think that a proper product like a MIG Gel or Spray would be the best option.

Myself I use this .. one plastic can will last a very long time. Run a few welding beads and when the nozzle is hot then dip slightly in the gel. Works great as I have not changed a nozzle or tip since I purchased my mig welder a few years ago. I'm on my second big tank of gas now and on my third 11 lb spool of wire.

Re: MIG Cart

After a week of migging my cart eto nangyari sa ADH ko..mas prone pala sa talsik ng spatter pag mig process than stick siguro dahil mas nakatutok ka sa weld piece..

Try ko nga ito..

I can see clearly now under the hood..

Re: MIG Cart

Hey bro bugel,

First of all you did well on the simple fab/construction of your Mig cart, made it to fit your needs and turned it very functional for you with the addition of this and that. I suppose gaganahan ka ng husto sa pag gamit ng Mig welder mo since every thing is properly well placed. Color wise, its keeping with your shop's color scheme and with the addition of the Lincoln red color on the cabinet/drawers, it does complement with the primary yellow color scheme, nice basic color combination too if I should say so.

Re: MIG Cart

Why of course, why make a welding cart complicated, what is important is its sturdy, well built, well balanced top to bottom and totally functional for our usage. 😉 😀 😎

actually sir, ang WD40 mismo na liquid ay hindi flamable, ung gas na nagpepresurize sa can nya ung flamable. pero mas mura nga petroleum jelly... kelangan ma subukan din yan.
