The Millermatic MIG accessory needed to weld Aluminum. This Spoolgun is required as aluminum wire is soft and will find it hard to travel well in a long gun liner.

I already accumulated a lot of pics ( for ideas ) but have not yet reviewed these again. I'll have to define and zero in on my final needs then I'll design the cart. Right now I have to decide first on the sizes of the welding tanks I want to fit in the cart. Argon C02 mix for Mig and pure Argon for future TIG provisions. Likewise I have to decide how many welders it will hold as well as the models ( for sizing purposes ).

Gas tanks hunting time again.

I need good newer tanks to hold inert shielding gas Arco ( 75% Argon 25% CO2) and probably one for pure argon too. I'm looking for mid size tanks only. Valve connection needed is CG-580.

Please let me know if you have some info. Leased or outright purchased tanks would be fine as long as these are certified.

This is the first place I visited and got negative results.

I just wanted newer tanks but not necessarily brand new. Valve I might request brand new even if I add a bit more. Plus I want bottle cap too to secure it when not in use.

The rental bottles are all beat up already.

Yes but they had good oxy ace tanks that time, new arrival. Their inert gas tanks are kind of beat up. Will check another dealer.
