At last I can now position the MIG Welder wherever it suits me well in the garage.

Here is a very very long overdue task from my Welding Newbie days. Our rusting wicket door repairs.

This Metabo cordless angle grinder is a sleek tool. Here I cut 24 inches of 1/8" thick flat bar in order to make it flush. First run for the grinder and it was doing the task as if it was an electric angle grinder. Finished the job and still with battery juice left.

Thin sheet patching ......

Too lazy to reload the welder with sheet metal wire ( 0.023" ) .... just used the loaded 0.035" wire.

Next time I will order Lincoln Easy Grind MIg Wires for sheet metal. The regular wire I use is just too tough to grind down easily.

Hindi lang talaga ma maximize mabuti kasi bawal sa akin mapagod ng sobra. Usually max WIP time ko 4 hours lang.

Bro I think I an older than you are but I can still work more than 12 hours a day, sumasakit lang paa ko pag laging nakatayo specially when metal working or trimming my lawn/gardening.

Don't forget too to take lots of vitamins and food supplements, concern lang sa health mo pre, hope its OK? Or maybe you should start going to the GYM and start exercising and stretching your muscles and probably do some cardiovascular exercises, very good for the heart and lungs.

Yes bro. Thank you very much for the reminder on smoking. It is my number one enemy.

A lot of my friends suggested also that I try one of this electronic cigarettes. Most of them have switched to it now.

Today I went to check for double locking caster 5" size. I went home empty handed. It seems like this type of casters are only single locking. Means only the wheel rotation lock. I need it to lock the swivel movement at the same time.

I wanted to put 4 double locking casters but if not available then I will have to settle for 2 non movable casters ( back ) and 2 single locking casters ( front ). I'm not sure how much mobility will be hampered since it is a very heavy welding table ( around 150-200 kg w/o load ).

Bro Rosy ... please comment if possible.

Please let me know if you guys find double locking casters.

None the less I found some NOS long clamps for the table. Supplies for this long jaws vise grip style locking pliers are drying up.
