Prices of Argon gas in cylinder tanks varies from area to area. There are gas outlets that sell fairly "cheap", others medyo mataas The refill gas is manageable, what is expensive is the deposit for the tank (cylinder).
I do not know prices in Caloocan but here in our area in Rizal, I paid 7K for the deposit and 2,4K for the Argon content, price is kinda stiff but that's ok with me, ayaw ko ng lumayo pa para mag hanap ng ibang murang supplier. The supplier is just within my town area and the cylinder was delivered to my place.

Try to check the internet for industrial gas supplier so you can compare prices.

Dati, a 60Lbs Argon tank deposit is p5,000 sa caloocan area, 2,000 to 2,200 yung refill. Yun naman 20Lbs na argon tank, deposit is about 2,000 and refill is 1,000
