Bro nagulat ako sa magnets. I was not expecting it to be that good to have . Ang dali and bilis palang mag align / tack wleds pag me magnets.

The reverse flow check valves needed to hook up compressors with different pressure ratings.

While doing the experiment of hooking up 3 compressors I got chance to have a 2 HP Vespa ( repainted Beige ) and a 1 HP Vespa ( Green ) side by side. I shot some pics for those contemplating to buy Vespas.

EY Industrial Sales I believe is the importer and distributor. You need parts they have it all for Vespa.

I installed a Reverse Flow Check Valve on the 1 HP.

Hooked up the empty Vespa to the Speedaire

The Speedaire pressure was 115 psi

The empty Vespa still read 0. So far the reverse flow check valve is doing it's job.

I did fill up both compressors to full pressure. Hooked up an air cut off tool and run it full speed for a long time. The Speedaire kicked in but I could not even get the Vespa to charge. I decided to fully open the Speedaire drain valve and let air out for several minutes and only then did the Vespa kick in. So far so good. Air volume is not a problem anymore which I estimate at not less than 14+ cfm @ 90 psi already. I was so satisfied that I did not time the air discharge anymore knowing in real work environment air tools air supply will not be a problem unless maybe 3 or more are working simultaneously.

An issue to tackle later is compressors noise.

I finished the setup. It's 1:00 am and can't power these up for testing. Will have to wait for tomorrow.

The compressed air system is now working. The 2 HP backup lives under my folding table.

So far air delivery is more than adequate for my use now. Around 14-15 cfm @ 90 psi using 2 compressors.

Where can I buy motor/pump assembly similar to this one?

I want to rebuilt my compressor 1.5HP. The crankshaft is already broken but the motor is still running. I want to replace the motor/pump assembly para salpak na lang sa tangke. I've seen Vespa brand with belt less compressor and asked the supplier but they did not sell motor/pump assy only. Whole unit dapat bilihin.

^ sir Bryant meron compressor repair shop sa may araneta ave. Directly in front of the new columbarium na ala castle style. If you are coming from e.Rodriguez right side sya just before you reach quezon ave. Series of shops sya and may banner naman na they repair compressors.

I'm not sure if your compressor has parts available or is compatible with Vespa. If it's a generic type pump and compatible with Vespa then EY Industrial Sales carry the parts.

If it was me I'd take off the motor / pump assembly and show it to EY Industrial first.

Was it EY Industrial Sales you inquired for a Vespa / Motor pump assembly?

Yes, sa EY ako nag inquire. Sa kanila kase ako nakikita ng similar compressor kaso buong unit ang benta nila kasama yun tank. Try ko ulit mag inquire last year pa kse ako nagtanong sa kanila.
