Magandang Hapon mga Masters, gusto ko sana malaman kung posibleng bang i-powder coat ang loob ng S/S Tube na may diameter na 8 inches. Kung hindi naman posible po, may mairerekomenda po ba kayong technique para makulayan ko yung loob ng tube na kasi ganda ng powder coating finish?

Good evening, Sir!
S/S tube will be used as a Floor Lamp casing.
8 inches diameter 6 feet high and the tube will have some pattern (thru CNC Punching and cutting)
i want it to have a two tone (white for the interior and another color for exterior)
outside color is possible thru powder coating. So, is it possible or do you happen to know any technique or process to paint the inside with the same quality as og the powder coating.
Back Story:
I actually designed the floor lamp using Plexiglass Tube. Problem arised when i had it quoted from a German company but they dont accept small order on special requirement such as two-tone tube. So i decided to use S/S instead.

Look up republic powder coating, ibeleive theyareinthe best position to answer your inquiry. They are online or yellow pages and have several shops, you can choose one near you.

why use S/S, when you can use an ordinary metal sheet such GI metal sheet. Since you will have it powder coated.
I call that overdesign.

Every metalworking fabricator knows that. Of course, everyone can use GI sheet but can you fabricate me a seamless tube (8inches diameter) with accurate circumference?
