I think members should be able to see the classified section as soon as they register. However sellers cannot post on the classified ads unless they meet the 150 posting mark threshold. Looks like it's a good time to take a more closer look at PHM classified ads section for a maintenance and probably a facelift too. DIYers need tools and if they can get better deals on their forum then it would be much more of a reason for them to join and be active.

Maybe a bug? Or could it be because of the adblocker ABP? I too can't view any classified ads even I have now 34 posts. What I do to remedy the problem. Use another browser. And browse as just a guest. Do not login. Then I can see the ads. hehehe! It's a short fix.

@ sir JayL, I think its a bug or something, kasi po I remember my first few days pag nag click ako ng add nakikita ko pa although old post po, pero ngayon di na. BTW pinag iipunan ko yung Clamp mo hehehe.

Can the admin check the classified section? I think it's frustrating for newbie to check atleast the classifieds for better deal right in PHM only to find out they cannot access it. Weird thing I saw a seller who only has few posts.

In what way do you want to access the classifieds ? :confused: Isn't it by clicking the seller's ad/ads, his whole page appears together with the information therein plus the prices and contact numbers.
Or is it the whole classified sections where every seller member and their wares are indicated ???

This really puzzles me, some members who have accumulated some big numbers of posts are having a hard time or can't even seem to access the classified section and yet you will see as well some new members who registered last year with minimum post participation of only 1 or 2 or 5 post, or less than the 150 mark threshold can access, post and sell their wares. :confused:
Perhaps any admin/moderator who have any knowledge with this set up can give some explanation/clarifications regarding this matter so we may give the proper information and guidance to other members wanting to view the ads featured. :rolleyes:
Or perhaps its just that other members does not know yet how to manipulate or go about accessing or seeing the classified section ??? I didn't have any problem like this before !

I think there's really something wrong or a bug in the coding. For now why not remove the restrictions?

Tama ka bro bugel, ganun na talaga ever since ng register ako, whenever I click the ads. If your really desperate and wanted to see the ads. Don't login! Just view as guest. And you can click on the ads with no problems. lolz! That's the short fix I found. Hope that helps. :icecream:

Thanks NTD! That worked. And to my surprise outdated na yung mga classifieds. 🙁 ganun siguro pag di sya nagwowork. I hope someone up there could correct this.
