Re: a few welding works

@bugel pansin ko lang ang ganda ng miter cuts mo sa square tubing. straight from the chopsaw ba tama na yung angle nya and ready for welding? kakabili ko lang kasi ng chopsaw and hindi tama yung angle pag cut.

Re: a few welding works

storage room steel door

walang hamba..kaya square tube na lang din ang ginamit ko para maikabit lang ang pinto..

sir, baka mapasok pa rin yan kahit nakakandado dahil nasa labas yung hinge. pwedeng luwagan from the outside.

Yes bro miked it can..but they need to removed the weld that i put in every tip of the bolt..tagusan bro yung bolt sa frame..sa dulo ng bawat bolt may spot weld.

Uumagahin na sila jan bago nila matangal yun..:D

I do not have chop saw when i made that project bro..old school lagare style pa ang ginamit kong pang putol sa square tube..

Regarding your chop saw..don't trust the angle indicator that comes in your machine..
It's a near rough estimation lang yun bro..always use square when setting your angle for accurate cuts..

Yung sakin kasi nilagyan ko ng marker..para mabilis ang pag aadjust.

Re: a few welding works

not much of melting metal..but still related.

made some painting and modifications in my old ac welder..

i add power outlet for for easy access in power..

[IMG][/IMG]

paint the background silver and i put sticker in ampere indicator to enhance visibility when adjusting amperage.

[IMG][/IMG]

i don't want the cable messing in my machine so i add a cable reel..

Thanks sir bugel. Practice lang siguro kailangan ko at knowledge sa rules ng stick welding (current setting, length of arc, angle of eletrode, manipulation of electrode, speed of travel or C-L-A-M-S kung tawagin sa miller welding)
