Problem with tubulars are they easily rust and surface are thin so for those un-experience in welding will have a hard time welding the joints without creating burnt holes. If you will be using a stick welder, you can proceed by simply doing spot welding on the joints perhaps at 1" apart and just continue "till the joints are fully welded, then wire brush and immediately apply some red oxide or metal primer metal epoxy to prevent rusting on the welded parts.
Make sure you select the low ampere setting of 70 to 80 amps and use a 3/32" 6013 welding rods.
Hope this helps !

For thin metal sheets, you can also try DCEN (electrode negative).
Sir That is why I like to have a TIG welder for this JOB...I did know some furniture makers here in Cebu are using TIG for welding Tubes....
DCEN (Electrode Negative )? Do you mean reverse technique? Is he using an Inverter welder?

Bro,
It's very easy to weld thin gauge material as thinner as like drum (200L) your can full weld this with ease. what you have to do is try to use 1.6 mm 6013 rod. Then if your machine is set for example 20 - 200 amps or 30 - 200 amp set to the lowest value. If the piece still unweldable try to reverse the process like making the + to be your ground. If the rod size is 2.0 mm you can do this by a series of tacking one second at a time.
This is a sample of full weld from 0.7 mm galvanize plain sheet using 1.6 mm 6013 at 20 amps.
The red rod is 2.0 mm while the gray is 1.6 mm
sir Crazy cut ,
@crazycut
Yung po bang reverse polarity yu min yung positive maging ground at yung ground or negative gagawing positive arc ...please correct moko if mali ako please..using DC WELDING MACHINE 200 AMPS...
