Im using nihon weld 3/32 6013 rod/90 amps

1.5mm thick nga pala ang square tube..

I weld 1x1 angle bar in the frame for drill bit holder..

Spot weld lang para di mag bend..

Bore a hole according the size of drill bits..

From 1/2 to 13/64..

Then flare each hole using straight grinder..para smooth ipasok ang bit..

Tamang tama ang fit ng magnet sa palikpik ng bakal kaya ito ang napili kong i weld sa frame..

I choose not to bolt the x-y vise..instead i clamp na lang para madaling magtangal at magkabit,pati pag adjust madali rin..

Welding magnet and hammer holder plus some consumables on top..

This is a way of cleaning your shop and organizing your tool as well..
To get rid of rusty stuff why not converting it to something usefull..

Scrap 5mm ms plate..

Cut according to my preferable size..i use angle bar as a guide..para pag nag trim ng edges mas diretso..

A stand for cutting full length metal stock..

Meron na ko dati hindi lang ako nasiyahan dahil laging tumataob yung stand tuwing hihilahin ko ang bakal..konting modifications lang..

Scrap office chair/electric fan stand..pinag bolt in ko lang..hehehe..
Malaki ang gap kaya nag de flux ako ng 3/32 rod..para naka sentro at madaling i weld.

I enlarge the hole using die grinder..then insert 1/2 gi pipe..

Nakabili ng bagong tool si misis..gawan ko raw ng stand.
