Habang hinihintay ko yung shielding gas ko..gawa muna ako ng quickie project..a mig gun holder.

1.2mm stainless sheet salang ko sa jigsaw table ko..

Nagkamali ako..na i bend ko agad,dapat yung magkabilang gilid muna..

After bending each side pinasukan ko ng 3/4 stainless pipe.

Kulangot weld at the back..enough to hold the pipe in place..

Wala ako makitang sirang speaker,kuhanin ko sana yung magnet para magnetic holder ang dating..second option clamp type na lang..yung knob na ginamit ko galing sa putol na kadena hininang ko sa bolt.

Di turnilyo din sya kaya pwedeng palitan ng magnet pag may nakita na ako..

Sinubakan kong mag vertical weld..2 passes kaya malapad ang hinang..uphill first pass,downhill second pass..

Very nice mig weld applications's and good commissioned project bro but...... I think you should have posted this one in the MIG SUB FORUM, this is not a stick welding application.

Bugel,

Why don't you make a new thread with regards to your Mig weld applications in the sub-forum Mig/Gmaw, reason why we made separate sub-forum titles is due to different welding processes we encounter during welding sessions specially if we have different welding machines.

I don't think it will not be that hard or a bother for you re-posting this such project to the Mig/Gmaw sub-forum, and after doing so you can delete your last project posted here with the Mig weld applications.

Sana ma intindihan mo na bawat project na may mga iba ibang welding process, hinihiwalay natin para madaling hanapin para sa benefits ng ibang members interesado sa welding. :banana1:
