Just the same procedure as with the first end.

What I forgot to record and take some pics is the back side of this flat bar. The flat bar and angle bar ends were
beveled also before welding the joint. By doing so, this will strengthen joint.Then grinded flat to a smooth finish.

I decided to apply 2 coats of red oxide metal primer on the top side of the flat brake and the inner part
of the angle bar to prevent rusting in the future since these two parts will be welded together.

The ends of the angle bar will be welded to the flat side of the other piece of angle bar like wise also to
the flat bar extension.

And then attached and welded the bolts at the top end of the I Beam.

Installed the springs and the whole brake attachment.

Started working on welding the middle bolt control so to prevent some sort of brake movement and warping.
Also showing how I welded the angle bar to the flat bar extension.

Almost forgot to share some pics and it concerns welding the triangular supports under the angle bar,
the portion that bends the sheet metal.

Using these welding magnets to easily square these triangular gussets before applying tack welds. :cool01:

After welding, clean ups will follow, will have to remove all of the weld spatters surrounding the
weld beads before applying rust converter solution.

Then applied Bronco rust converter on all exposed metal parts.:attack:

This ain't done yet, next to work on will be the handles and the stand then I suppose painting the whole fabricated brake then the sample bends on some sheet metals.
