i will support the top base with 3/4 ply board..this is where the wood will be sit.

a little warping.. the last flat bar that i weld in the frame is slight shorter,kaya nag shrink..the result is warping..

but this can be correct by cutting it in the middle..

the bottom base is pefectly flat in my table..i check all the corners and this is what i got..

distortion and warping are very minimal..all the corners are almost square.

securing the wood using screws..if you noticed there are holes in the flat bar..dun ko i bolt yung dp foot mas matibay kesa bolt it directly in wood..

Very nice! Jealous me sa mga clamps.. haha! Can really make your work easier and faster basta complete sa right tools.. mahirap have to live with what you only have. Sighhh..
