Hahaha, I see we have the same set up of welders, the 200 amp DC Inverter placed on top of the larger and bulkier YAMATO 300 amps.

Ang cute nga raw sabi ni misis parang female version ng yamato ac welder:p kaya napunta ako dito sa PHM kahahanap ng feedback sa dc welder nato,nabasa ko yung post mo kaya napabili tuloy ako:D i prefer MIG sana ang problema nga lang walang nabibiling consumables dito..eh dito sa dc welder kahit sa sari sari store lang makakabili ka na ng welding rod hahaha!

HEHEHEHE, Good for you bro, how do you find the DC inverter YAMATO, was it worth buying, are you liking the kind of welds it produce.

A mig welder is a good one too but kinda expensive, 30K + even the China made machine,you have to go to Manila to purchase one and its accessories. You can opt to use a mig fluxcored type ( gas less ) to save on gas/gas tank. 😉

Worth every penny sir,it produces nice weld beads,less spatter and kinda silent pa..nung sinabi kong im a PHM member binigyan ako ng discount na extend pa ung warranty.they even ship it to me!no more hassle going to manila..nice thing when you are a member of this community naka discount ka na may matutunan ka pa!:D how about ozito mig gas /gasless welder? Oks kaya yun?9,500 daw sa sulit converted na raw..

With regards to the OZITO mig welder, I used to want that and almost bought one a few years back because it was so cheap, only 6K but I am glad I did not plunge myself in having the welder. We have some members here who went for it and attested it was not that good, I think it was the 120 amps model, they say pangit daw weld beads na ibinibigay, hindi consistent plus marami raw weld spatters when welding. 😮

Well I have no idea on the converted OZITO if it has improved kasi from the infos I got, it was just converted to DC mig and some tweeking here and there, I cannot say of the final result. Well that OZITO converted is done by another PHM member and sells it at sulit.com. Its your decision bro if you want to try it. :rolleyes:

Anyway just last year, I had the the chance to try one from a friend who got his OZITO mig welder from an auction ( un converted ) all I can say is pangit ngang gamitin yung gas less mode. :nerves:
