2 pcs. 77" and 2pcs 62" miter cut square tube..for the frame

I weld this scrap square bar to retain the squareness of the frame

Yan naka frame na..

Then adding 3/4 square tube..layo layo ang clearance to avoid warping..

Slowly but surely i weld all the 3/4 square tube in the frame..

Then i apply rust converter in one side of tubular..matatakpan kasi to ng isa pang tubular ..di malalagyan ng pintura.

This is how i cut 3/4 square tube..multiple cutting to avoid repitition..

Mas madali..mas mabilis..mas accurate..

Greasy yung tubular pero di ko muna tinangal..to avoid rust build up..
