Update..

Cutting 2x2 square tube for head board build..

Kinalawang na hehehe..

Dry fit..

Once the legs are bolted..i cut another square tube then placed it horizontally in the upper portion of the legs..

1x2 naman sa lower part..

Uy, buti na lang humabol pa to! Hehe..

Good idea and more practical installing caster wheels, it will be easier to move that sort of heavy king size bed frame back and forth when cleaning underneath, hindi magagasgas ang sahig. BUT.... be sure to use casters with locking device, kasi baka pati kama umandar during night activities !!! :lovehug: oooopppps, :censored: LOL, HEHEHE :whistle::hysterical:

Anyway may brakes yung ikakabit ko..kaso nga lang parang ayaw palagay ni misis..baka raw makasira sa momentum..lol!

Walang ganung development..daming istorbo dito..

1x1 angle bar..materials para sa shoe sa legs nang bed..

I try to miter cut it in my chopsaw,lots of burrs and the cuts are not accurate..makapal kasi halos 1/4 thick.

Nauwi ako sa mano mano..tulo pawis nga lang..

Parang ganito lang ang idea..ipapasok lang sa paa ng bed..

I used my magnet as a welding positioner..not a good idea..pati yung arc naa attract sa magnet.lol!

Kaya nung second build ko ganito na lang..

Weld the pieces together..

i applied rust converter in the inside wall of angle bar dahil hindi naman mapipinturahan ang loob nato.
