I used 1/16 ss welding rod to weld the shoe and to fill the hole as well..

For the top cover ms plate naman ang gagamitin ko,this will cut to four pieces using jigsaw with bimetal saw blade..

Im starting to loved this machine..cutting 5mm thick ms plate is a breeze..

After rounding the corners..

Ang tendency ng thin wall tubing pag na over fasten ng bolt mag create sya ng dimple or crater..to prevent that from happening i will make a thick plate support.

I use angle bar as a guide para mas diretso kung mag trim ng rough cut edges..

Galing din sa 2x2 angular yan na ikinabit ko sa frame..walang nasayang na materials.

san ka nakascore ng 1/16 welding rod brader? hanap ko e 6013 kaso anghirap. SS 308 lang kadalasang meron.

Pa reserve ka kay bro joey81 ng isa o dalawang boxes ng 1/16 welding rods na 6013, namili sya duon ng mga Chicago Electric rods, he'll be coming home soon from the states. Check out his post on "Show your tool loot" .

These are the wheel casters that i will be using sana..baka masyadong tumaas naman kung ikakabit ko pa..

I end up using this floor protector..

Yan assembled na..lalagyan pa ng 1/4 plywood yung ibabaw para patag pag inilagay yung foam..dahil umuulan dito ngayon,bukas na lang..

With foam on top..

Haaay sa wakas natapos din...its time to relax relax muna..

1/4 plywood for the bed pan..cut to size..

Hindi kasya ang isang plywood,kaya dalawa binili ko..may natirang scrap na magagamit ko naman sa iba pang incoming project..;)
