While working on my Sheet Bending Brake, I got side tracked by swmbo, requesting to make a tray for her kitchen.
This is a very simple project so to make the wife happy, I proceeded planing and started working with the project. :barmy:

Made use of 1 X 1 X 1/4 inch angle bars, cut to specified size and welded to form a frame of 23 X 28 inches.

I added these 3 X 3 X 1/4 inch angle bars as its stand. The triangle plates will be welded under each stand.

After which I added some flat bar support for the flooring that I will install, then started cleaning the welded project.

Found the tray to be so simple so I added some flare on the back corners. Made and welded some scrolls.
Then installed the flooring, its just some excess 1.6 mm thick sheet metal from previous project. No welding
was done, I just applied rivets on the sheet metal to the welded bracing underneath. When all was done, I
wiped the whole tray with Bronco rust converter and then after an hour, sprayed some epoxy metal primer,
when completely dry, finished the surface with chrome high gloss acrylic lacquer.

And the finished simple tray project.

Thanks for viewing !!
