Hey das,

"Full Weld" do you mean full penetration or just being able to weld straight 2 or 3 minutes non stop.
Not an expert here on welding but I do own several stick welders, an AC 300 amp YAMATO, a DC
300 amp HiTronic and a DC 200 amp Yamato. The DC 200 amp Yamato welder can do straight
welds or full welds as well as long as you follow the duty cycle requirement.

With regards to your question, HiTronic 2in1 welder at 200 amps, yes I do believe it can deliver
full welds on the stick process provided, again the duty cycle is followed. This brand of welder is manufactured by
RILAND and considered as one of their heavy duty brand of welders.
The Tig function included is an additional welding process you can use for other type of applications .

thank u sa reply boss rosy. . .hindi ko nabili ung hitronic 2&1 sbi ksi ng saleman hindi raw ubra pang fullweld ang arc mas lamang daw ang tig. . .kaya gnawa ko omorder nlang ako sa nihonweld POWERSTICK 200 kc ung ang sabi skin ng machine shop. . .diesel engine mechanic nga pala ako kaya kaylangan ko ng welding para convertion ko. . . .ah bukas ko pa makuha ung toy ko eh sana maging okey sya....tnx uli

Uhm..mukhang mali yata ang information na nakuha mo sa salesman..kamakailan lang nakagamit ako ng stick and tig combo welder wala namang naging problema..gaya nga ng sabi ni sir rosy as long na sumunod ka lang sa duty cycle pwedeng pang full weld yan..saka meron bang welding machine na di pwede pang full weld? Hehe..wala siguro..

oo nga niloko lang yata ako nun...ayaw nya mabili unit nila siguro galit sa amo nya un hehe....mga boss okey dn ba nihonweld inorder ko na kc powerstick 200 sa halagang 14k..d matawaran eh.....o baka nagmadali lang ako

nakalimutan lang po pano nga pala ang pag sunod sa duty cycle?pano ang gagawin tnx panay ang nuod ng mga welding teknik sa youtube d ko naman maintindihan kc puro english :rolleyes: ako lang yata ang mahirap d2 tagalog lang alm :p

Ewan ko lang kung may member na dito na nakagamit nyan..dc welder ba sya bro? Pics? Yung kay bro amboy powercraft parang 10k lang nya yata nakuha may digital read out na yun..

Kulay blue sya brader nakita ko sa website nila..mukhang okay naman 60% duty cycle pero di digital..

Duty cycle base lang yan sa 10 minute cycle ng welding machine..halimbawa rated ang machine mo ng 60% in 200 amperes pwede mo sya i continous run(full weld) ng 6 minutes tapos i cool down mo muna..para di mag over heat..pero kalimitan naman na sa mga welding machine ngayon may thermal protection na feature,once na mag over heat di mo na sya pwede i pang hinang,papalamigin mo muna bago mo uli magamit..

Tsaka ang isang stick maximum two minutes siguro ubos na yan. napapahinga naman ang machine kahit papano
