Depends on your buget at minimum, visit in quipo diaden 200 amp portable inverter start at P4,500 or maybe least from other shop.

Again that will depend on the cost you want to spend for a welding machine, its either an AC welding machine or
a DC welding machine. An AC welder of 250 amps will be a lot cheaper than a DC welder of 200 or 250 amp machine.

But with a DC welder of heavy duty quality has lots of advantages over the the other one. DC machines can be plugged
in an ordinary household outlet, saves a lot on electric consumption plus has a soft starting during applications. There are
lots of portable machines in the market now, before you make a purchase, ask your seller about after sales service and
warranty, I feel this is very important, you have to know who will repair your welder if ever it gets defective.

I have two DC welders, one Yamato 200 amps and another is HiTronic 300 amps, now which is better, Its the HiTronic
brand I find more powerful and more heavy duty not because of the amperage but the brand itself. Yes its a Chinese
brand and its manufacturer is the one making Riland, Rilon and T&R welding machines, known for making heavy duty
machine and distributed in Asia, US, and Europe. Haven't had any issues or problem with the HiTronic machine,
been doing great for almost four years now. :clap1:

Buy cheap welding machine, you get cheap and poor quality machine. You get what you pay for, right. :agree:

Now regarding your gate, if its not going to be big and heavy, you can probably use the pillow block, three on each side
for more strenght to carry the weight of the gate but for large and heavy gates, I prefer the bushing type hinge since it
will be welded on the posts and the gate itself.

So 200A will be fine sa plan ko na project?
Mostly I DIY pag wood working lang but constructing a metal gate will be a challenge.
