prices from http://www.goldpeaktools.com.ph/products/welding.html

@ mhok,

Google mo ang " Portable welding machines for sale.OLX", you can select there different brands at your price range.
May I suggest you get the DC Inverter type machine, from experience its easier to use, save a lot on electric
consumption plus its portable, soft start and lighter in weight compared to the heavy bulky transformer type.

Just make sure you get the 200 amp machine with a 60 % duty cycle or simply check its features to be sure. 😉

CIGWELD Weldskill 250 amp Mig Welder
AHP Alpha-TIG 200X welder
HITRONIC 300 Amp DC Inverter IGBT Welder

DeWALT Chopsaw
HOBART and ESAB Welding Helmets

use this as guide https://www.millerwelds.com/resource...ing-calculator kung 6011 1/8 electrodes 75-125amps is ok but if you will use the same size electrode with 7014 or 7018 you need 110-165amps range. depende bosing kung ano gagawin mo kung pang bahay lang 160 is ok pero kung kaya pa ng budget go for 200amps para sigurado 🙂

Hi isfunkee,

The HiTronic 160 amp mini is quite ok rin. you can use 6013 rods of 3/32" and 1/8" electrodes, kaya lang medyo mababa ang amperage so not so sure if it can weld with the 6011 or 7018 welding rods.
I don't have this 160 amp welder, what I have is the HiTronic 300 amp machine.

Now like bro makikulit said, if you can stretch your budget more, its wiser to buy the HiTronic 200 amp machine, it will sure be handling anything thrown with the welder specially with its higher amperage.
You won't regret having the 200 amp machine the mere fact this is a well built and heavy duty welder.

Good Luck on your choice ! :agree::thumbup:
