There may be several factors why welds fail. Possibly masyadong mabilis ang travel speed, malayo ang
welding rod tip sa hinihinang na bakal or not sufficient sa ampere settings so the welds are cold.

Flat bar strips have been full welded to the angle bar frame, top and bottom sides.

Maybe these weld beads on top and the rest will just be grinded flashed to the metal to maintain flatness
