layu layo ang pag lalatag ko ng square bar..i have a feeling that the frame will distort pag sunod sunod ang gagawin kong weld sa square bar..

i came up with a solution by putting wooden blocks in each corner then applied some pressure by my own body weight..

i marked the center of the I beam with chalk..this will help me to align the window in the frame.

T bar..this will be weld in the middle section of window frame that divide the two glass in each frame thus it will give additional strength too..

i was preparing for priming i found out that my compressor is nowhere in my tool cabinet !

Kung minsan bro pag na encounter ko na medyo hirap ang blade nilalagyan ko ng kahoy ( 2" x 2" or appropriate size ) sa me fence para medyo pa gilid ang pasok ng blade.

Yes bugel, you are right, that is the same material I used for the metal saw horse project, its a T-Bar, usually used for steel window casements. I just made use of those excess material from the steel casement window projects made in 2008, sayang kasi, kinakalawang na lang sa garahe. 😮

Nahihirapan ng kainin yung bakal..napapansin ko yun pag wala ng spark na lumalabas.
