So sorry for some blurred pictures posted, sometimes its kinda hard to be taking pics right after welding, eye sights have not properly adjusted after ones eyes are exposed to strong sparks of the welding rod. I can't see clearly in the camera sometimes if the images to be pictures are already in the proper settings specially on closeups.

Maybe after welding, I have to rest my eyes for a couple of minutes before taking pics.

And then a little taste of a C-Pulins for trial perhaps.

In this two images I tacked weld the sides of the C-Purlins.

Welded the top, so far so good, no punched holes, able to manipulate the waves of the rod.

Bro in case you grind the welds here can you please show the after grinding pictures. tks

a lot af people are benefiting from your post, hindi pa man ako nakakahawak ng welding, feeling ko yung convincing power mo, malakas ka talagang manghatak...:D
i really wish matapos ko na ang lahat ng ww projects ko at makapagstart na sa pagmemetal...
i can see that there are metal projects as there is in woodworking...

Hey guys,here are some pics I wanted to show you what I've been doing lately. HE HE HE HE, there's me doing some practice welding on some thin sheet metals, I've been very busy these past few days doing the exercises and would sometimes reach up to 9 or 10 pm just to get the proper technique in welding this thin metals.

My son was the one who took the pics while I was practicing yesterday.

That,s me enjoying the practice in the garage even though the weather was very sultry and humid, had to change shirts often due to perspiration.

OK Bro, I did already grinded the welds and actually added another piece of C-Purlins, welded it and then grinded it again. I'll post it later. 😉

It came out as if it was never cut. 🙂

Yes Bro as of now I'm doing my welding projects here in a three car garage which is under the terrace. If you will notice the flooring of the garage is not yet finish, puro graba pa lang at hindi pa tapos, this will be another WIP when I start working on the flooring of the garage. Well I'm also thinking of converting our old covered sampayan into a welding workshop para all my metal working tools ay anduon plus nearer to the electric power source.

I think I'll be consuming about 20 bags of cement more or less to be able to floor the garage, in time soon it will be done.

Bro, hindi lang hardinero toits, pintor pa, weldero pa at kantero pa rin, he he he he he , 😀 :loopy:
o baka meron kayong pa papalitadahan dyan na pader o pa aasintahang hollow blocks walls o mag papa tiles dyan o pag kakabit ng rain gutters, kaya natin mga bossing, he he he he :p

Oo nga bro, maganda nga siguro EB rito, sige bro pag nakabili na ako ng MIG , TIG at Plasma cutter para hindi sayang ang punta rito kasi malayo rin plus para sulit din ang matututunan ng lahat. Marami rin ang ma pag lalaruang welders.

Maybe it has to be a whole day affair so that plenty learning subjects can be experienced and also to those coming from afar can go back home early para hindi abutin ng masyadong gabi on the way home.

HE HE HE HE, Yes ossie it will be part of my carrer, I am prepering myself and practicing on thin sheet metals, coz when I get new welders like a MIG or a TIG, and a plasma cutter, these will be the machines that I'LL be using when doing metal sculptures like using brass or copper or maybe also GI sheets, so still continue more practice, practice, and more practice pa rin. :p 😉 :p 😉
