a customer drop by to my shop to build a stove stand for his canteen business..
and here's the story goes..

materials needed:

3 pieces 3/4 x 1.5 square tube
1 pc. 3/4 x 3/16 flat bar
1 pc. 9mm round bar

measuring and marking..

[IMG][/IMG]

cutting square tube in 45 degree angle..first time to use my chop saw stand, chopping is more easy especially when cutting full length square tube.

Hey bro bugel,

Another money making metal project there friend ! Very nicely done bro, congrats !!! :obvious:

I like the idea too or trick if I may consider it, simply screwing the spice rack onto the main stove stand for easy transport. A very well thought off idea and solution. 😉

THANKS again for sharing this to the PHM community !!

Re: stove stand

@ fortnapz,

Well bro that's another option above the stove stand but maybe yan ang gusto nuong nagpagawa kay bro bugel, we don't know, sila lang dalawa ang nag usap. Actually there are still several options that can be attached to that upper rack, it just depends on the one using its and his/her requirements. 😉

If stove hood na ilinagay dyan, for sure there will be already a change in the construction of the upper rack but still anything is possible there in the design 😎 🙂

CHEERS and enjoy the day !!

Re: stove stand

I just noticed all the tiles are attached only on the sides, this would pose breakage in case something heavy or a slight impact is imparted in the middle of the tiles. I believe a simple 1/2" plywood under each tile would immensely strengthen this, but since the load is light it should be fine... nice work....

angle bars would also be good
