And finally assembled the whole washing machine base and ready to be installed once more.
Gave it to swmbo and she was so happy she won't be buying a new one, hehehe then gave me a loving kiss. Maybe I need to repair some more somethings in the house for swmbo and get more additional kisses in return. LOL 😀

sana ang ginawa mo ay nag install ka muna ng CCTV hanggang sa mahuli ang kawatan, then after mahuli e lagyan mo na ng grill hehehe nariyan pa rin yan at umaaligid aligid. nagbabasa ngayon ng PHM yan, nakikita lahat ng tools mo, type din siguro yung dewalt grinder mo hehehe

ang sarap gamitin ng DC welder kesa sa AC...smooooootttthhhh 🙂

Then applied some rust converter. I used to use Turco but now switched to this new chemical rust converter and stain remover, Turbo rust remover by Cord, since it works faster :cool01: , compared to the other brand that you have to dry it overnight after application.

heres mine sir rosy...same specs lang siguro ng turbo mo spray version nga lang to hindi pa nag iiwan ng white color sa metal.by the way pulido ka sir trumabaho:D

perfect fit yung 16mm corrugated bar sa wheel bearing pero kailangan ko pang i file yung washer para pumasok.

i made a swivel and clamping system under the top base so you can cut from 90 to 45 degree angle..

it was sir jayL idea..sa kanya taas ang nag rorotate sakin naman sa baba..tutuo nyan nag tipid lang ako ng materials hehehe:D

Your chop saw stand bro will greatly increase your cutting capabilities .. ease, accuracy and repeatability. Bonus is less time for saw setup and cleanup.

Ganda bro ng mga weld beads mo, really for thin tubing walls, hindi pwedeng isang pasada if using a stick welder, dapat pa isa isa, but that is different if one is using a Mig or a Tig welder.
