Hi Ben,

Since we miss you so much, I'll give you some directions. This is a long-cut but fool proof version if may say so.

Go EDSA SouthBound (Santolan .... Buendia, Ayala, Magallanes)
Below Magallanes MRT, take the bridge and KEEP RIGHT*
Traverse the rest of Osmena Highway (SLEX) until Quirino (T-junction)
Turn RIGHT on the end of the road (Quirino)
Turn LEFT on the second stop light (Plaza Dilao's Rotunda)
Turn RIGHT on the first road (Qurino Ave Ext.)
Pass the FIRST stop light (St. Peter the Apostle Parish Church)
Approx 300 meters and near a U-turn slot, you will see a demolished structure on the right.
Enter the gate right next to it

*(Left goes Alabang, Middle goes SM MOA and Right goes Osmena Hiway)
