I would like share two more pieces of my landscape paintings, did some transferring of images from my docu files to the photo bucket, sorry for the delay. :p :rolleyes:

This was my first attempt in a series of panoramic landscape paintings.

This piece is an off shoot of the other painting posted earlier, also with a body of water and was exibited at the CCP many years ago during the 100 years of Philippine contemporary artists celebration with 100 artists participating.

Just wondering... do you paint these on location? Or from memory lang?

No bro joey81, all my landscape paintings are done in the studio, its very impossible to render the details needed if they were done on the spot but I do on the spot paintings from time to time as sort of sketch painting only but only as to record the necessary components or likeness in color.

My landscape paintings are not of any specific place, they are more of compositional pieces in nature, contains several elements or components put together in one, like if there is/are a certain subject or place that interest me I take photos/pictures for reference then back in the studio I compose or recompose to come up with a pleasing arrangements of the different elements or subjects.

An example of arrangement like a tree or a bunch of trees in a certain place, or some beautiful cloud formations in another direction or some rock formations or a certain scene from another area, I put them together to produce a a pleasing work of art piece.

Anyway bro, I'm glad you enjoyed looking at my art pieces. :painting: :2thumbsup:

Plus another point here, ito ang tunay na DIY, nobody does it for me, ako at ako talaga ang nag ke create ng mga artworks na ito. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to look at these amazing works of art and I just realized how deep and endless your talents are Brader. My father in-law and I were looking at your paintings and he was amazed at your stunning attention to details and color presentations. I told him also about your other talent in welding and metal craft. He is a lover of paintings and sculptures thats why he was so soaked in your beautiful collection. i thought furthermore...i think most artists who pay attention to details are also obsessive compulsive..

i remember the la Pieta...the work is really a supermasterpiece in carving stones (marble)...pati mga ugat ugat ng braso at paa...ditalyado ni michaelangelo! tsaka ang kinis..anu kaya ginamit niyang sander dun???

tsaka hindi kaya nahirapan magpaint si Michaelangelo na nakahiga on his sistine chapel ceiling works??

wala pa naman siguro pain medications nun to relieve stiff necks!
