Just to manage some expectations on epoxy: It is not an easy replacement for the wood glue favorites here: e.g. Elmer's Carpenter's Glue, Titebond, Gorilla...

Epoxy is a bit messy to use: careful mixing of two parts in exact proportions, need for gloves as it can cause severe allergies, clean ups of drips need acid (usually vinegar), and longer curing (24 hours). For indoor furniture gluing, I still find Elmer's a lot more convenient.

But for waterproofing and structural gluing, epoxy can't be beat.

Those who want to try their hand on epoxy on the 28th, please bring your own plastic/rubber/nitrile throw-away gloves. I'm hoarding my gloves kasi.

Map to your place naman Ding. anyways, ang jump off location ko is after i do site visit and meeting with owners ng house here at Ayala Heights QC near Celebrity sports plaza. il be passing katipunan ave to aurora,marcos and up antipolo, if may gusto pumunta but hindrance is how to get there i suppose we can all consider car pool?? thats my route, il cut my Ayala meeting to 12noon lang para start heading for Dings then. PM lang for members that wants to hitch.

I will PM a map to all those listed later. But, for a general idea, best route is to go uphill on Sumulong from Masinag (that's the intersection of Marcos Hiway and Sumulong). About 500 meters from Padi's Point is the gate of my subdivision: Palos Verdes. Guard knows where I live.

I can take care of the ice and softdrinks. Siguro magluluto na rin ako ng kanin for those having lunch.

Now, since we're doing epoxy and not operating any power tools, I'll have some SanMig Lights na rin. Unless anyone objects, i.e. I may be breaking a sanctified rule of no alcohol on EBs.

Please don't forget to bring your own disposable gloves. Kahit sandwich-maker gloves pwede na. You don't want epoxy on your hands as it is known to trigger severe allergies.
