Re: Heavy rains and flood

Bro WillyF, Glad to know you and the entire family are safe and hope too that your shop has been spared from any major damage. Likewise with me that I have been very busy also this past days here in my place clearing some water ways and power sawing some uprooted trees.

GOD bless and stay safe always.

Thank you Brader Rosy. Ok naman ung shop. It was my house that was flooded but minimal damage. Daming kahoy na pwedeng i-process nyan. Gawa tayo table for WW or furniture you like? 🙂

Re: Heavy rains and flood

Great to hear you and your family are ok, willyfernando.

Material possessions can be replaced or repaired, unlike our loved ones. Looks like me and my family have a lot to be thankful for. We were stranded in our house for 3 days. Pero sabi nga ni bro jarod: "Ok nang stranded kesa evacuated."

I'm now in the office after 3 days of "house arrest" (naubos ang leave credits ko dahil sa baha). Just received news that we now have electricity and phone service and internet connection back home.

@joey81

House arrest is much better indeed. It was so hard to get some sleep in our van especially with a lot of people snooping around checking who or what. Glad your predicament is over too.

@Bryant77

Thank you Brader. We never got to push with our plans last week but we might just be able to make it next week if your client is still intereted to look at the site. Keep safe.

Re: Heavy rains and flood

Good to hear you're OK, Willy.

Haven't been home three days straight myself - working. With only 30% of our workforce available, we had split into two lean teams: one for making sure everyone had water in their taps, one for rescue and relief. There were 93 evacuation centers in our area and we tankered water to them. You were probably one of those families we helped (I hope).

Now, we're struggling to keep up with the surge of water demand as everyone in the Marikina valley is hosing down mud and debris.
