Re: midnight club...

Daming mahogany! Are you transferring your workbench to the badminton court to work on those or just saw horses?

nope, will make iether a plywood wb or just sawhorses... so much preparation needed before the wood arrives... here is another... DESIGN... I promised the guy that I will provide the leg to look like A, which can be arranged either as a + or x... I wanted another design which is B and has three segments instead of four. work is a bit more demanding but seems nicer... I need your comments...

bottomline comes from the customer of course but I like your options...

Re: midnight club...

I like the legs of option B more than that of option A..i also think that people's knees/ legs wouldn't hit as much with option B..

Re: midnight club...

thanks Moji, I actually like B better too, but the A model can be configured to have the same orientation as B... also A is a straightforward build while B poses extra challenges...
did I mention it will have a pop up receptacle for power?

Re: midnight club...

Somehow i find the legs of option A a bit heavy/cluttered looking than B. But yeah it is harder to construct than option A. Has your client decided on the design already?

we have actually agreed on the design in words, but I will present him this designs so he has options before he gives the downpayment. but it is a sure thing since I have bought the materials already as per text communication... will just make it formal...
the A design actually gices the one seated at the end to have the table legs between his legs for deeper seating... it was the design element the customer wanted. will just present him a picture so he would have an idea how it will go....

it will Jay, but it won't be so complicated, just big... 🙂 and very heavy...
the build will result with plenty templates and jigs I reckon, plus some tool mods for work-arounds...
Moji, same lang naman, mas madali lang at even pag sprayed... 🙂

That's great! This would also get your name going around once people get to see the table..

Would you still need to wipe the stain after you spray it?
