Re: midnight club...

how did the "bayanihan-workshop" in Paco go? Monday pa ko makakasali mga sir.

Will do a DIY plate for my mini router I plan to put on RT. I'll be using 1/4" clear acrylic. I hope I wont screw up.

Monday may not be a go, holiday kasi and people play on odd hours. pass by if you wish but around 5pm na, we can chat and meet or even play badminton.
as for the acrylic plate, first try running your router for 10 to 15 minutes continuous, better if it gets worked or loaded. then see how much heat it produces, that should be the deciding factor for the material choice.

Ok sir. Just let me know when you will be doing your conf table again so i cn drop by.

As for acrylic, I was actually looking for a DIY solution to a router plate. I stumble upon a site of someone using acrylic. Luckily I have a 1 x 2' x 1/4" acrylic just lying around the house.

Was able to finish the base plate for my router and rough cut parts for the guitar rack I'm planning to. I used an ordinary brand of marine ply na muna. Beginner pa lang naman para di sayang.

Re: midnight club...

Musta mga sir? May mga UFC fans din pala dito. Was watching it also kanina while working on my temporary RT during commercial breaks.
Was able to finish mounting my GMR1 on my temporary RT (para magawa ko lang yung guitar rack). The acrylic sheet i used for the base plate is surviving the heat naman. I think that should do for now.

Good evening to fellow handymen and DIYers!
