Re: midnight club...

cant sleep. too tired from work... i have a sort of opposite reaction to overwork.

also maybe because i am obsession over planning on how to slap a new surface on my TS.... Hinihintay ko nalang yung pag miter slot ni lncc or bbn (nalito rin ako eh :)) on his GMC table saw with shopmade top

hehehe let me put it this way.... if i was to sell my saw.. i wouldnt even wanna sell it to a friend... or even an acquaintance! For an enemy.... maybe.... 🙂

actually baka maibigay ko to sa kinaiinisan kong tao... the only problem i have left is the table surface not being flat... ok lang if its not flat in the parallel orientation of the blade but in this case the Non-flatness is on the perpendicular orientation of the blade which simple screws up your rips and cross cut and what not

the Bump in the table is from the miter slots!!! JEEEZ... BOTH MITER SLOTS!!! BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

... lalalala think Hapi Tots 🙂

Re: midnight club...

yeah, I remember when violaine had the same concern about his Jet ts... I believe he said that he hardly cut small pieces(anything less than 4" wide I think) on it bec it scares the s@$^( out of him... hahahaha.

Re: midnight club...

hahahah well i am cutting pieces as thin as one inch (go push stick , yung mas maganda compared sa iyo diba? hahahah) My ZCI does decently too.

The problem is when my stock's width passes over the miter slot. thats when the squaredness scews up. Coz the blade is squared reference on the table BEFORE the miter slot... so when i WANT to rip sheet goods... i cant grrr

Re: midnight club...

why not install a flat metal or aluminum sheet so you won't loose much on depth of cut and forget the miter slot?
