Just recently got Smart Bro's antenna internet. It sparked!!! It is because of the metal or what?
I'm pursuing my cancellation of my account with them. It seems to be that they don't have quality technology and I did not get the right mbps as per offered to me.
Sinong may ganitong experience?
Now, I have to battle over their contract, but i will definitely cut my connection with them.

back in 2006 ng pa install kami ng smartbro with canopy.
bihira magamit dahil halos walang signal or mabagal.
kaya nilapit namin sa DTI/NTC. somehow sumuko ang smartbro samin, hindi na din naningil ng termination fee. kinuha nalang ng mga installer yung antenna sa bubong namin at mga accesories..

Pinalitan ako ng PLDT Fibr kasi nga daw po eto yung pinaka bago nila tos ultra fast daw yung internet. Anong ultra fast na sinasabi nila. Hindi nga makapagYoutube!!!
Mas mabuti ata na lubayan ko na yung PLDT. Sakit lang sa ulo tawag ka ng tawag sa mga walang silbi na customer service.
